Adolescent groups foster the skills needed to master this pursuit, covering the issues that middle and high school students confront daily: peer pressure, social anxiety, sexual orientation, or family difficulties. Groups provide a safe place for members to learn social skills, define self-identity, boost emotional intelligence and establish healthy boundaries.
